We came looking for a new car and found a few we were interested in, after looking at other dealerships. This place made us feel welcome. No pressure from the dealer and his his knowledge of the vehicles was great. Adam answered all our queries.nWe settled with the Kia Rio. All the extras and the value for money was hard to resist and drove away with a full tank and 12 months registration as part of the deal.

Absolute horrible experience and customer service. Dealt with a man called Adam and he was arrogant and not helpful what so ever. Promising things that were never a thing in the first place and when trying to call him to ask details about the car he would reject my calls.

Just purchased my brand new Kia Cerato. Khan at Newspot was amazing. Rang about a cerato, held the car for me to come and test drive... a week later I'm driving home with my new car. Lovely people and would recommend buying from them. Show room beautiful and clean.

Tried to book mums car in for service. Beware you need VIN as well as rego number just to book car in for a service. Lady said it wasn’t her problem I didn’t have it available. I went elsewhere and only needed rego number. Won’t be going back to new spot as this is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with them.

We went in today to try and look at buying a car. We waited more than half an hour for a representative to speak to us. When someone finally spoke to us, we got to test drive a Kia Seltos. The car was okay, but nothing special. The test drive was accommodated by one of the reps, but we were only able to drive for around 10 minutes, which is not nearly enough to get a feel for the car. Safe to say I won’t be returning.
