The service department has bad attitude had a few things fixed under warranty i got a service done on a brand new car they didn't reset oil service reminder and when i collected i asked if it was reset this time i got attitude from them.
Friendly efficient staff, clean comfortable waiting area, clear description and run through of the work sheet, thanks Zoe and they replaced a broken stop light globe for free, thanks mechanics! Thanks Skye for booking me in and the reminder text!

My rating is based on the experience for my vehicle break down and recall service.nHad to get the vehicle towed to the service center, but was very pleased with the service provided by Skye and Daniel service desk.nIn general, Jeeps (FCA) customer service was really satisfactory.nOn the other hand the sales staff in the Salisbury showroom were least interested in selling us the vehicle or even trying to show the product.
