Went to check out a car. Most walked past us helping other people. A gentleman di come up to us as we were leaving though and we just that we were looking and thanked him Last time was a few years ago and they were very helpful so can't really complain as to me they were just busy.

Took my old car there bad result even left car there overnight but no resolve to the situation with the car , bad time management and with out consideration for plans we had waited for an hr for car to be ready to be handed a dirty airfilter and told need a new one. We later discovered we needed a new throttle body from another mechanic. Not ever going back there.

My exact email to Newspot Suzuki .... The dismissive, arrogant and quite frankly abusive tone of the sales representative in the service department was the most unpleasant experience I have ever encountered as a customer EVER. As a new customer to Newspot this was a critical customer service mistake. You had the opportunity to repeatedly service my vehicle, perhaps sell me a new car, and have me spread the word on how fantastic Newspot is. Now that will NEVER happen; I will only be able to recall and recite how horrific the customer service actually is. Please cancel my service booking.
