Friendly staff and they make nice flat white coffee ☕
Pretty decent MacDonald's. I have consistently gotten good food from here. Playground isn't too bad either.
20 attempts to contact them and they blamed uber eats for not preparing our meal properly. Poor excuse for a food outlet
By far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to, if I could rate 0 stars I would. Long wait for food with only one customer in front of us, wrong order brought to us, wrong order brought to the other person, wrong burger once correct order was delivered, took it back to kitchen who did it wrong again, manager eventually got it right. No offer of free small fries for the wait (22 mins for 2 burgers). Do not recommend, will not return.
Always hopeless at this store. Very under trained staff. Management should really go check out Para hills to see a well run store, which is where I ended up this morning after being told sorry we can't do bid breakky burgers because it's after 10.30. Para Hills did, and it was just as good as their customer service. This store has been open long enough to have sorted them selves out, will probably never change.
