We received exceptional customer service. I hired my vehicle an hour before picking up and it was ready. The only thing that was different was I had to be upgraded as they had no small car left. YAY .

Not happy at all the Asian perso works there been so rude to me I just asked want car with nsw Plate number He start training me I’m not give you the car I had no choice Because it’s everywhere close for 4 days. This person doesn’t know how to respect the Client

Love the customer service and the prices.

They charged me without any reason: I booked a car for one day and I was supposed to be there at 10 to take the car, but i arrived at 11. They told me bcoz you came one hour late, you can bring the car back at 11 instead of 10, and i did so. But after two weeks they called me and charged me for an extra day becoz of being late.

Good customer service. Not okay that my holding fee wasn't reimbursed straight away.
