It's dodgy developers like these that have resulted in the appointment of the NSW Building Commissioner. Their business model is dubious and their craftsmanship poor. Buy into one of their sub-standard 'human filing cabinets' at your peril!

I am very happy with the apartment from Vicinity point in Wolli Creek that Level 33 built. They have ammended a few defects I reported in a diligent way and the building and unit are honestly great. Thanks!

Avoid these construction cowboys at all cost. Their sub-standard work and use of cheap building materials will cost you $$$$$s. fixing the defects!

I would like to say many many thank you to Repair Team. When I first moved in, something need to be repaired. Paul from repair team, he such a nice guy, help me a lot and look after me and patience with me for the problem need to be done. Also thank you Vasili, Sale team, he is a nice people to talk with in this team.
