I’m not the type of person who leaves nasty reviews when customer service fails to meet customer’s satisfaction/expectation but my experience here is quite beyond the ordinary.nnI am not sure if the staff are aware of these bad reviews because if they are, they should be doing something about it. And if they are not, they should read all these accurate reviews and consider changing their so called ‘customer service’ approach.nnThere is no point to argue with these girls because they don’t care at all, no point raising your concern because they will just laugh at your face.nnThey are extremely unhelpful, lazy and does not know the basics of customer service with no proper manners.nnIt sucks that the way they present themselves influence your buying decisions. Mimco Head Office - I would greatly appreciate some alternatives to rectify this matter. It is affecting your profitability with the attitude of your staffs. It is utterly awful.
