The team at Creations were incredible to work with! Ben was so informative and responsive from our very first meeting. My fiancé and I had a bespoke engagement ring commissioned, with the process starting in March 2020, just as the pandemic began to shut down businesses. Throughout lockdown, Ben remained in touch and continued the search for the perfect stones. He was clear about costs and worked within our budget to produce an amazing ring, which will one day become a family heirloom. The after sale service is also to be highly commended, with free cleanings for the lifetime of the piece - a service we have already used twice!nnWe are so happy to have been able to support a small family business and even happier with the work they produced! The staff at Creations helped us by arranging to have a handle made for an antique cupboard which is a family heirloom. It’s an 300 year old cupboard. The handle required a special mould and was then cast in bronze which they were then able to ‘age’ so that it looks authentic. They also made a mould for specifically designed screws used in the cupboard.nWe are really pleased with the result! They quickly understood the difficulties involved and solved the technical issues involved. Great work.
