First time visit and I was impressed with Mark who obviously knows his stuff and the delightful Amanda behind front desk was very personable. I’ll be back for sure.

NEW OWNERSHIP. not overly happy, badly sprained ankle, little bit of manual stretching told I need lots of regular ongoing work (more appointments - more money) no strapping at all and after a day trying to keep off it as I do know it needs rest but kids home from school, so with no support now in the evening very sore again. Oh and for an initial appointment was charged $119!! Out of pocket $89! They have no preferred membership with private health at this office, new owner Mark Young is at his old practice but there his normal fee is much less. After I left and walked down a full flight of stairs, yep upstairs so not good for anyone with walking issues, got a phone call to come back upstairs as they messed up the billing, they refunded back my card then debt $69 as they reduced the fee to $99. Still not bad for 10 minutes actually working on my ankle and 20 minutes with the physio who didn’t look at the form I had to fill out and just asked me all the same questions I wrote down. Interesting that the girl I saw and did all the work was not Mark Young who they billed my insurer as.... Welcome to Ellenbrook where business professionalism is optional. Not going back!

Since new management has taken over the level of treatment has improved

Simone Brambilla has been treating my back in the last few months and I’ve experienced a massive improvement since we start these sessions. Simone is not just a great physiotherapist but also a fantastic communicator: he always takes time to explain what he’s doing, why something is the way it is, what caused the problem etc. Sometimes understanding what’s going on with our body helps us healing it, and Simone does the right approach to communicate with patients and make us feel comfortable.
