Inspired Tribe (Office Only)

I just wanted to share my wonderful experience at this store. My daughter bought me a beautiful Labradorite pendant last year from Inspired Tribe. A few black specks appeared in it,(no fault of the store), and I contacted Sally, the owner to ask her advice. She drove to my home and took the pendant to check with her dealer in India. They were not sure what had caused the black specks ?. Sally gave the stone a good clean, and returned it to me, in a lovely pouch in a lovely box, with a cleaning cloth inside.. As I still felt conscious about the crystal, I rang Sally and she offered me a FULL refund. She drove a 2nd time to my home and took the crystal and refunded me the following day, the full price. This is exceptional customer service, and I am very grateful to Sally for her caring attitude and understanding in this matter. You don't get awesome customer service like this, much these days. Thank you Sally, and I will def be shopping again from you. :)
