Excellent service. Prompt response to booking inquiry. Got plumber scheduled exactly when I needed him. Got text to tell me he was on the way. Turned up on time. Very polite. Professional no BS. Fixed issues quickly didn’t try to up sell. Good price! Joe was our plumber. Excellent young man. Was a pleasure! Highly recommended.

Had a leaking internal pipe in main bedroom , sounded like a continuous waterfall, PPG guys spent 4 1/2 hours, couldn't detect it and charged me $785, said they will come and spend a full day at $1800 to continue looking for it. Called a well known plumber who detected the leaking pipe in 10 minutes, repaired in less than 4 hours, and charged way less. Feeling furious and ripped off.

Would have to be one of the most unprofessional companies I have used. As a tradesman, I certainly know what customer service and honesty is all about. Had these guys out to replace our storage gas Hot water. The Irish guy that attended dropped the hot water system during transit at our house and as a result, the entire frame of the system was bent. Knowing how fragile the sacrificial anode is in storage systems, no one even bothered to inspect it. The plumber destroyed the inlet valve of which he didn't replace and he also didn't replace the pressure relief valve of which is subsequently leaking. Approached the director about my concerns that my wife raised on the day. Unfortunately I couldn't be onsite during the works due to work commitments. The director denied any wrong doing, and claimed his plumber also denied dropping the system. A gas safety certificate wasn't provided and the plate in the gas Meter box wasn't installed either. The plumber was instructed to attend to replace the valve, and provide the relevant certificate and certificate plate in the Meter box, however, nothing was done about the system. Took it to the ombudsman of which sided with us, however, due to loopholes and hearsay, not much could be done about the damages done. Even after all of this, a week later, I got a call requesting payment of which was provided to their plumber on the day of installation. After they made some calls, they realised that we did pay and did apologize, however, imagine asking for payment twice? We wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and the director has little to no regard for customer service or quality workmanship.

My boiler was leaking so I rang and asked for 2 quotes: fixing or replacing. I booked visit, then just before arrival highly advertised "No call out" fee became "first half hour 90$" fee. I've been waiting a few days without hot water, so I accepted. Installer came, I left him at the job, he came back soon and said found bursted spot on top, not fixable, took money and left. Soon, I received quote for completely new system, electric, I had gas, I didn't ask for it anyway, wanted to change boiler only. I looked at the tank myself and found that nobody had even opened it, was still sealed, man just lied me. I started to check myself, found the bad solder point on the side, fixed it myself, boiler back to work now. I reported it to the office and asked for money return, but they ignored me and sent another ridiculous gas system quote I've never asked about, money back request got refused. Very unprofessional customer care service and cowboy job. Highly unrecommended.

Just had the misfortune to have to call this company about a Siebel Unit that they installed 2 years ago. I say misfortune because they are now walking away from their responsibilities as they have apparently restructured the company - even though its the same name as stated on my tax invoice - looks like all you have to do is fold your company, change your ABN and move address to avoid responsibilities. Started out by telling me that I had to call the manufacturer which is wrong - my contract was The Plumbing and Gas Guys. ( when informed of this, I received the rather blunt information that its not their problem as they have restructured) Not a reputable Company to deal with - AVOID at all cost.
