Australia Post

I have had a few experiences both good and bad however the good outweighs the bad i think as the staff is attentive and they try their best, I did have a run in saying that my parcel wasn't ready to be picked up yet so i said ok and waited for 5 minutes till it was around 20 minutes till closing as i knew that they would have received the parcel and then they happily gave me the parcel other than that I have had a pleasant time being in the shop and the interactions within it

Open at 8.30am means open. You all get to work late get organised. Need reliable people to run this business. People still waiting for you to open. This post office use to be great. Not anymore. Staff have had ample time to learn how to do things. Also would be good for staff to put a welcoming smile on their face whilst being served. Not a good look for Australia Post.

Very dissapointed with what happened yesterday. Ive been claiming money western union in that branch many times and never asked an australian passport nor australian drivers license, as i dont have it yet as im not australian citizen,l and im always using my foreign passport, but the lady kept insisting i need that to claim my money told her its the first time they asked me for australian pssport or aus drivers license. I dont think she know what shes doing :(

As far as I'm concerned Swan View does not have a post office. The old bloke who I think's the owner openly told me he doesn't know what he's doing. Just posting a letter overseas flusters them.

Have been shopping here happily for 4 years, that is until today. Staff were rude and wanted to check my items. Not sure they have the authority to check my post items. If I buy a stamp and deposit in the mail box, no one checks it. Just staff at this store being authoritative. I asked to buy a stamp and they refused unless I allowed them to check my post item. Ended up walking out when they continued to argue the point. Will never shop here again. Well worth a drive to Mundaring instead.
