We had a fantastic experience with the guys at Crown Diamond Jewellers buying an engagement ring. They made the whole process easy and comfortable. Disgraceful, violent, aggressive staff. Took a ring to be sized. When I went to pick it up it had been damaged beyond repair. Staff yelled, swore, threatened and intimidated me. Blamed me for not knowing the ring detail (enamel and gold plating) would be removed in the resizing process. Had to take them to the tribunal.
By far the best jewellers in Wollongong!
