Kelly... 10 months ago you placed a large order for stock from a small Australian label. Initially you promised payment, then you pretending you paid, then you dodged again, then you hung up on us, then you dodged the debt collectors, then you dodged a legal court order to pay, then you dodged the sheriff (or maybe he’s your mate?). Today, you continue to drop new product daily, take on new brands, and feature in news articles about how your store is surviving the tough times by adapting. When you say adapting, do you mean by selling stock that you have not paid for? By stealing from small brands? Instead of taking accountability, you have deleted and blocked the hundreds of people that have commented on your Instagram demanding payment. And now you have blocked comments altogether. Pay what you owe or liquidate. It’s simple. You don’t get to keep trading and thriving by stomping on small brands.

Really poor customer service.nnBought something online which said it was in stock. Drove from Sydney to the store in Wollongong to collect the item a week later... the item wasn’t there. But no one thought to call or email me to save me the trouble of coming in.nnThen chased them on Instagram for 7 weeks, with a lack of response or empathy.nnIt was only when I threatened to go to the umbudsman that any action happened and I received the item finally. I waited 7 weeks for something I paid for and went to the hassle of driving to collect it.nnI wouldn’t shop here again. Bad customer service and they won’t let you return anything so don’t buy if you have any doubts.nnI really wanted to avoid having to write a negative review but they gave me no choice. They had countless times to make it up to me.
