The assistant helping me was great, was giving great tips and actually helped inform me about the difference between natural stones and synthetic stones. They helped me find my perfect ring, and even showed me some necklaces to accompany it. They also demonstrated compliance with the government's corona store limit, turning away two people as the store reached it's limit.nnOverall, great store, great rings and necklaces, and amazing assistants. This has become my new favourite jewellery store.

Shocking service on 26.12.19 from Athena at this store. Usually this store is great; but my goodness this girl should not be let loose on customers without adult supervision. Completely clueless with regards to jewellery and customer service. I used to manage a large manufacturing jeweller and own a ton of jewellery; so listening to her babble on with her opinions would have been amusing if it was not so ludicrous. Way to go to destroy the image of a store that is for sure.

My Roamer(Swiss made )watch stopped working,.6 to 8 weeks to get it looked at.(watch still under warranty)nTook it to mister minit,replaced battery within 15 minutes.nPoor customer service.nOffered no remedies,just procedures.nWon't be buying my Xmas presentsnnfrom Angus and coote
