Very poor after sales servicenStaff members tell you a refund / replacement can only be approved by manager. Twice in 2 days we have returned with our faulty product and the receipt. To be turned away again as manager not in store and this time staff member decided to dispute how the earring was broken and states the jeweller must approve a refund.nVery disappointing as my family spent over $1000 in that shop prior to ChristmasnNever shopping there again

I got to say even though I wasn't able to make a purchase, this really nice woman served me and was super patient. She took me through all the gold, white gold and silver crosses and we couldn't find one but absolutely fantastic range and service
