Had a wonderful experience with kasey she was friendly and professional place to buy any jewellery.

Nice enough staff, however, I wanted some jewellery repairs done on an old piece I had. They told me they wouldn't repair anything that wasn't purchased through them. I left feeling disappointed as the piece I have was bought 30 years ago from a jeweller that is no longer in business.

I Contacted Richard in regards to the matching wedder to my engagement ring. We went in store to choose my partners wedding band and order the matching wedder. Richard was so helpful and very professional in making the process a fun and enjoyable experience.
