Excellent range, prices are average when compared with larger hardware stores. William was very helpful with finding what I was after, no harrasment to buy whilst browsing. Staff know there stuff.
Had a great experience at Sydney Tools Warrawong today - I went in to buy a USB cord for a Wilwaukee head light as I did not live in the area and needed to recharge the light - the guys were so helpful they actually gave me one of their own cables as they did not sell them. Thank you guys - I wish all businesses had helpful staff like you - as a business owner you definitely went well beyond my expectations and will definitely be going back to this store to buy ANYTHING I need in the future. The staff here are awesome, always friendly and know their stuff. Other shops could learn a lot about customer service from this place.nAlso have plenty of tools in stock and a massive range.
Billy was a great help today! We came to the service nsw to exchange our plates only to realise the new ones didn’t fit the existing holes. Billy screwed the new holes in for us with ease! His great customer service means I will be coming back and be making all my tool purchases there from now on!!
