Fantastic service got exactly what we needed and more. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, i would recommend coming here for all your tools and equipment.
As an older person, it was fantastic to see that there are still businesses out there that still value good customer service. Thank you very much in particular to Mitch for helping me get the right drill and not just trying to sell me the most expensive thing there is.

A great selection of tools but sadly their policy when not in stock is to take your money then order. The online system will not clarify this but will take your money and THEN order, possibly never delivering your products. Don’t risk online ordering through these guys, only buy what you know is in stock. First hand knowledge when it took over a year and my constant follow up before SydneyTools delivered $1k of goods.
