Oliver made himself available at 6pm on Friday evening when no other lawyer would answer the phone. When someone makes themselves available, you repay the favour by using their services. The law is difficult to understand and can be a timely process. Oliver gave me the confidence at our initial meeting that things were going to be OK and clearly explained the possible scenarios with rough timelines to each. Additonally, fees were clearly explained via a Fixed Price contract, so it was comforting to know I wasn't going to taken to the cleaners as most people expect from lawyers. As the outcome or scenario can change from week to week, I was kept up to date of changes and emails were responded to right away. At the end, the best possible outcome was achieved, better than expected.
