Awful service. My fiance and I waited for half an hour for someone to serve us at the Wagga Wagga store. We sat down in front of the case we wanted to view items from and only once did anyone acknowledge us. All 3 sales assistants were with customers but 2 out of 3 of them were knowingly engaging with customers who were not purchasing items (one was only having a necklace cleaned). The sales assistant was just chatting to a customer about something unrelated to jewellery towards the end of her consultation, knowing we were waiting to be served. Finally she becomes free and instead of acknowledging us, turns to a customer that just walked in the store and engages in conversation with them. We ended up walking out without seeing the wedding bands we went in for. Really disappointed.

Very friendly staff, quality jewelry.
