Premier Mill Hotel

This place is a rare find. Only came across it by accident. The building is really nicely restored. Like... superb. The integration with the old mill elements is minimal and beautiful. We stayed in the Purifying Room. It’s comfortable, quiet, and spacious. The staff are really friendly. Couple of things we didn’t expect: there are no meals with the room cost (no breakfast) and the half of the bottom entry level is a dome cafe. But the Dome Cafe is probably the coolest Dome in Australia. And there is a tapas bar at the back of Dome. Will definitely be back.

What a beautiful hotel.. living history with modern style.. rooms are well appointed and very comfortable, staff are "country comfortable",..much fun and friendly. Food and beverage beyond expectations, Cordial Bar has a sensational wine selection..But the building is the star.. accolades to the visionary and architect..stunning.!!

As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by a lovely Brazilian lady. Offering excellent service and wowed is with this hotels history straight away. When we got in the room even more wow!! Clean, comfortable and the finishing touches made it special. Thanks for a great stay, can’t wait to come back!

Our room was fabulous with wonderful Aesop products provided & comfortable bed & linens. There was a great guest valet outside room for making your own hot drinks etc. From the moment we walked through the door Manuela was extremely helpful & nothing was too much for her, she was a star.

Room service - Excellent. Presentation of the room - unique with the setting, lovely facilities, 5 star. The whole hotel was warm considering it was very cold outside. Loved the tapas bar in a very interesting basement interior. Great wine list and small plates tapas. The hotel features parts of the mill through the whole hotel which is a great feature. We had drink and tapas plate in the basement then up to the Dome for a main meal (which was great) then back down for a nightcap. It’s a great and unique stop off on your way to Albany.
