Thankyou to the amazing manager of Michael Hill Singleton!! I had been told missleading information at the start of the year about a ring i adored and had been wanting for a while but was not in the market for. Finally inquired about it and was told it was being discontinued by a staff member and it could not be resized. I was heart broken.nFast forward to not even a month ago I asked about this ring and what I was told and I was immediately apologised to and my request was put as a priority!! Today I picked up my dream ring resized!! Couldn't be happier
