Wooleen Station

Visiting Woolleen Station is a true, stand out experience. Owners Francis and David are amazing people who are continuously willing to step outside the norm. Their choices to rehabilitate the magnificent natural environment of the Murchison are exemplary.... allowing everyone to fully grasp its awesome beauty and vastness.

We just spent 3 nights camping by the river. Very much enjoyed the BYO everything and peaceful setting. Drop loos the best we have seen in outback WA - lovely little touch of style! Francis and David have done a wonderful job with promoting this extraordinary area.

We had 2 nights at the river camp - should have stayed longer! Beautiful place, lots of history and a very informative tour. Highly recommend doing the tour to learn about the land management and rehabilitation as well as land holders challenging traditional farming practices. Best of luck with your venture!!

Loved the experience.. real oz outback. We camped in the bush with no facilities and had a huge area to ourselves. In fact couldnt see anyone else The hosts were fantastic and the sustainable approach to the land is inspiring
