The manager... dark complexion and anorexic looking.... you know the one that has a really bad attitude and thinks she’s better than everyone just because she manages a really cheap junk jewellery store... absolutely has no recollection of what good customer service is. Needs to redo qualifications, be fired or have a session with a councillor to sort out her issues.nDon’t bother shopping here, if you end up having a problem with damaged/faulty jewellery... forget a refund! You won’t get it. They’re extremely difficult. The manager higher up doesn’t even care! Defends nasty management and does not want to help.nn!WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCE EVER!
