Has the pleasure of dealing with an absolute adorable lady who goes by the name of Donna.nnBefore going to Angus and Coote I'd popped in to Michael Hill Jewelers which is directly across from them and their customer services was despicable. Probably some of the rudest people I've ever come across in my life.nnDonna was a breath of fresh air and couldn't have been more accommodating, she knew exactly what to suggest and helped find the perfect Christmas presents for my partner and mother in law.
