Purchased a ring for my daughter from the Shellharbour store wasn’t sure about buying the ring till I knew which size would fit her finger, the lady that served me told me if the ring was the incorrect size I was able to return it to the store for a full refund or exchange! As it was the ring was too small for my daughter so I took the ring back and asked for a refund the lady that served me this time was extremely rude and out right said No!!! Your only aloud to have a store credit, and She couldn’t do them and I needed to come back on Thursday as only the Manager can go that!nSo I went back in on Thursday was told yet again I couldn’t get a refund and wasn’t able to get a store credit either I had to find something else that was equal value in the store and exchange it.
