Nothing was too much trouble for the staff here. We weren't sure what supplies we needed but they gave very helpful advice and presented us with a variety of options. We didn't feel rushed, despite the fact it was almost closing time. We will definitely be back.

I would go to Mitre10 Albion Park Rail any day over Bunnings, sorry but the staff at Mitre10 are very helpful, know what their talking about and attend to their customers in a quick and polite way

Go in to buy a cupboard on special to be told they didn't get their order but told be they would call when they come in. A month latter nothing, call to see and was told they come in but I was not informed. Very poor customer service second time never again.

Got a nice new front door. Is my son who is a builder's go to hardware and building supply store.
