Bassendean Train Station Carpark

Funny to rate a car park but it was pretty good. I went after lunch to catch a train and there were still plenty of places at the far end. Plan that walking time with train departure. Fully paved and clean.

Easy to access and always parking available in the morning.

Bassendean station is horrible. The toilet is always ghastly and disgusting (I've seen some truly feral things in there), looks as though it's never cleaned. There's always dodgy and aggressive people hanging around nearby (doesn't help the BWS is right across the road), it's very difficult to feel safe there, the transit guards are there but rarely intervene. The elevator always breaks down and needs to be repaired which makes it almost impossible for the disabled to use the facilities. The entire station and car park need to be redone.
