I enquired online about a Surface computer, specifically asking if it was a Surface Go model of the Surface line of computers. The Store confirmed it was a Surface Go (and then referred to it as just a 'Surface' later in the same email). When the computer arrived, it was a Surface RT and not a Surface Go; a totally different Surface model of computer.nnI asked for a refund and they denied it, claiming I 'changed my mind' because 'they only said it was a Surface brand of computer and were not specific about which particular model of Surface' even though literally the first word of the response to my email enquiry of 'is this a Surface Go model' was: 'Yes'.nnI even offered to pay for return postage.nnHave lodged a complaint with NSW Fair Trading. Stay away.

Friendly, helpful staff. Shop layout is nice and organised. Luke was very helpful today and seemed to have a good rapport with all customers coming through. First time visiting cash converters and I must admit, I’m impressed!
