Have bought pieces from Michael Hill now and then and as long as the price was right (doesn't always happen) I've made my purchase and sometimes more than one at a time.nBut it isn't until you have an issue, that you realize how good (or bad) a retailer is. I had a problem with a purchase (2 items) and returned to the store. They listened and questioned no further. Exchange or refund. My choice. No problem at all.nTHAT is the sign of a great retailer. Yes i would purchase again. And again. With confidence.nToo often now, retailers are being very difficult when there is an issue with their product. No thought to what that does for repeat business nor bad word of mouth.nMichael Hill have certainly got this right. 'Fair and Reasonable'. That's really all it takes to keep and bring customers to your doors.

Not a huge fan of this store. Their range is really limmited, its classic style is if i honest a little boring. There are several other stores close by that offer products in a similar price range that offer better service and more visually appealing designs. I recommend taking a look around before settling on something here when you may find several diffrent options avalible.
