By the time we left the shop with the help of the lovely employee Anna we have made our mind and hearts on ring which resulted in purchase. Anna spent time with us explaining the different cuts and design and offered us very professional and detailed information about each of the rings we were interested. A few weeks ago I went into Midas Miranda after I was gifted a piece of jewellery that was too small for me. A lady named Anna helped me and as soon as I walked in she offered to help, and then let me know I could shop while she helped to fix my problem. When I came back she was so so nice to me, while still being classy. The whole time only took about 30-40 minutes which was amazing. Took my platinum and white gold rings in here for cleaning this week. The jeweller did a full polish and clean of these within an hour whereas at other jewellers I've needed to return days later. The price was very reasonable, the work performed of a high quality and the staff were helpful. My rings also came back looking like new.
