Timed the visit perfectly as the store got busy while we were being served. Amy was pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful.
I've purchased numerous Pandora charms for my wife's bracelet. We went back to have one repaired. We were rudely told it was not a Pandora - TRUE -until we showed a receipt. Then told it was too old to be covered by warranty (the charm was purchased 2 years earlier) and it was badly worn. We explained again that we were OK to pay for repair, just wanted it fixed. Then we were told we should go to another jeweler! Considering how quickly the charms wear away, together with the appalling customer service, this will be my last visit to Pandora.
Helpful staff and affordable gifts for the wife
The lady who work there is the very rude and have serious customer service issues.I went to clean my jewellery the lady said we don’t do it because if of the covid but just few months ago I cleaned my jewellery at other pandora store and I said that to that the lady she said the same thing again.Very disappointing.
I love this store each time I have come I have left happy with my purchases and happy with the customer service that has been provided.
