Gina, Mandy and the team at Selected Jewellery have always been extremely helpful each time I've visited the store. They provide excellent advice which is super helpful when decision making. The quality of the jewellery is amazing!! Enjoy my visits to Selected Jewellery Miranda :)

This place is really great. I went in there to get wedding rings, not knowing anything about rings, and I received a lot of help from the staff. I ended up ordering two very nice rings at a very reasonable price. It wasn't the first jewelry store I had been to that day, but it was by the far best. And following this, they have continued to provide advice, cleaning and help when I have needed it. Five stars.

I was really disappointed by this jewellery store. I’ve held off writing a review until I ensured I received clarification and the right information to write a fair review.nnI went to Selected Jewellery to have links taken out of my bracelet which was given to me by my Nan for my birthday. They mentioned upon dropping off the bracelet that they will check the parrot clasp as the spring was working but may need tightening. The spring in the clasp was working when I dropped it off.nnWhile they had my bracelet, they called and said the parrot clasp isn’t good enough and I should replace it for $190. I said no I’ll just get the bracelet back and go from there.nnI went to pick up the bracelet, and suddenly the parrot clasp was completely broken. I asked them why I’ve been returned my bracelet broken when I didn’t drop it off like that. They made excuses and nobody seemed to have the same story about why. But essentially it came down to the jeweller cleaned it and it broke in the process. Regardless if it was true or not, the lack of telling me prior or then hoping to get money out of me in the process frustrated me.nnI left the store and went to another jeweller a week later in the same shopping centre (who were beyond lovely and really kind). They offered to try and repair it at no cost, and then when unsuccessful (no surprise - Selected Jewellery did the damage), they suggested that it needs to be replaced - for $120. Much cheaper than Selected Jewellery.nnBased on the fact that my bracelet went into this store in one condition and came out in a different one, the fact that nobody told me until I noticed upon pick up, and all I given was excuses AND finally the cost to replace it was $70 more than another store in the same centre - I do not recommend going to this place.nnI hope the store thinks about their customer service once receiving this review and are able to adjust their way their ways of working.nnWith every bad experience, a store has an opportunity to improve. Hopefully if you go to this store, you have a better experience than me!

Went to have my fathers ring resized for myself, they expertly removed damage, cleaned it up, and added a bridge to go a few sizes up.. I could not have been more impressed and grateful for the amazing work done..

The team at Selected Jewellery were all very friendly and helpful in our multiple visits to the store to purchase a GS. Frank, Gina, Cathy and Carol were all very accommodating to our requests and I ended up picking up a watch at a fantastic price!
