Well..... it USE to be quite good.nHOWEVER, AFTER 3 CONSECUTIVE FAILURES ( WITHOUT RECTIFICATION) they barely rate a 1 star ranking.n1st, completely wrong product.n2nd, (costly urgent delivery charge paid).....wrong product, AGAIN !!nThen....nThe final straw was a standard arrangement for them to call for delivery instruction on approach.nINSTEAD , they chose not to call , but to deliver a Crane lifted, bound supply package onto a NATURE STRIP,n125 metres from where it should be.nASKED TO REPOSITION IT......... Told by Northside staff : “ NO , SORRY, THE DRIVER WONT COME BACK “nGREAT !!!! I Won’t be back to Northside Timber either.nFor what it’s worth, the staff member wasn’t rude, just didn’t resolve their mistake/S.nNOT EVEN AN OFFER TO CREDIT DELIVERY CHARGE. ***POOR***
