The transport service is great, the waiting area is comfortable (inside and outdoors) and the toilets are excellent. The signage needs uniformity, especially for visitors.
More signage please!!! Every time I order uber or ola they don't know where I'm talking about. Is it east Perth terminal, trans wa terminal or east Perth bay terminal???? Ticket says east Perth terminal but that's not exactly correct. Riding 10 hours on a bus then having to stuff around with not very bright drivers isn't ideal.
No explicit sign pointing to this "East Perth Terminal". Had to call help line to find out and the customer service said something like "well TransWA is on the direction board and you are traveling with TransWA so you should know this is the terminal". What? Why cannot you guys just write "East Perth Terminal" on the sign if it's what on my ticket?! Is it a secret? Would it cost you million to be explicit??
