I got a small necklace a week back, the lady to served me told not to were in shower, i did the same way , its just a 7 days today and its totally fade away.nI went there 8th Jan today to the store saying if i can swap with greater value but good one. Then the lady(thin with glass) she was so racist , she replied me in very poor manner she told me which country i came from and what system i have in my country is not the same here. I never got such a unrelated and racist reply ever. I wouldn’t ever go there and buy anything , basically don’t want to see that women.nI would like to say ask that “are you really selling goods to aussie only or to any migrants as well”nThankyou for ripping me off ud83dude21
I don't usually write reviews, but had to compliment Kelly, Meni, and Nina on their excellent customer service. They helped me with a difficult exchange and went out of their way to accommodate me. I'd been having trouble with a bracelet and because of them I swapped it to a similar style that is more durable and came away happy. It's clear they all care about jewellery and are excellent at their jobs. If anyone deserves a Christmas bonus it's them!
My fiance and I went there to choose our wedding bends and Carrie was amazing as always. She is well experienced and she did everything to help us. Outstanding customer service, thank you we'll be back!
