I have been dealing with Jade from Flight Centre for many years and every time is always a pleasure. Jade is so professional yet very friendly and nothing is ever an issue. With all the cancelled flights and rescheduling their team must be inundated with requests and disgruntled customers but Jade still smiles and assists with such composure. Well done team you’re doing a fantastic job!

Staff are very helpful and find the cheapest way for you to have a great time

Great friendly service and I would highly recommend them. We had a problem while on holiday as a ticket agent had given us the wrong tickets for Universal studios. Danielle the Midland Flight Centre owner/ Manager personally made phone calls at 6am her time to make sure we got there without issue.

Jade Earle from the Midland location was absolutely amazing with helping me and my partner book our first holiday together! He has never been over seas, and I haven't since I was young, so we've never been through the process ourselves. Jade made it really easy for us to understand and answered every question we had. She gave us all of the information we needed, and even recommended aome great activities and tours for us that we would enjoy. Jade was just fantastic to work with for our first trip together, and I will definitely be going back to talk to her about our next holiday!
