Worst customer service ever. I had a return admittedly with out a docket but I only wantednTo exchange. They could clearly see the goods were theirs and I had the date of purchase on a credit card not hard to look up.nnI was feel like I was scamming them. The faces they pulled and the rigmarolle they went to to look it up was amazing. It was just all to much for them.nnLook for another jeweller theres are plenty out there that dont carry on like these people.
One staff member was very welcoming the other, not so. Great range and great prices compared to other jewellers.
Worst service and rude staff, I have a beard and was in a singlet which could of been the cause they wouldn't serve me. Stood there for 20 minutes with my sister as staff watched and avoided us. I didn't want to look at anything, I just wanted to purchase a charm asap. Deserve the one star, disappointed.
