My time in the store I was dealt with, with consideration and professionalism and nothing was too much trouble. I had a very particular requirement, and they went above and beyond to accommodate me.

I needed my watch battery replaced and another place would not do it but recommend this jeweler's.. There was a little issue with my watch but the man helped me,and reset my watch and got the part I wanted working... Would definitely recommend going here for any needs.. All staff friendly and helpful

I wanted some repairs to a couple of my Mother's rings which have become worn over the last 90 years. Their help and advice to repair and resize was just what I wanted.

They are most definitely the best I've ever had to deal with when it comes to after sales advice, repairs or fine tuning. They don't sell cheap junk to begin with, really do care about you and do want you to be happy with your purchase. If every business ran like this and cared more about providing a good service than taking your money, the world would be a better place. Thanks heaps Lisa for going that extra mile to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. ;)
