I am appalled at the fact that my purchase is not being treated with respect or decent communication.nnWe had a faulty ring that was nearly $500 of this purchase and we returned it to our local store on 5th April providing original proof of purchase. 10 days later and we are still waiting for a refund with no contact or correspondence from the store or your company regarding the delay. Very disappointed.

The day I visited their systems were down & all I wanted was a gift voucher, that they couldn't supply! They did ring me 2 days later to inform me it was all up & running again.
