The store was small with limited stock but the staff were helpful.

Very poor customer service!nnWe were shopping at your DFO Homebush store today, we picked a necklace and when proceeded to checkout we were told the price should be higher than the display price as they made a mistake on the display price tag. We felt we should have the right on purchase the necklace at the displayed amount by the consumer act here and while talking to the store manager the other staff member sneakily started changing the price at the display. There was no apology from any of them and the explanation from the store manager was this is Swarovski policy and we should just contact the head office to compliant. We didn’t make the purchase at the end and walked off. The store manager was very rude throughout, you are a well known brand and even this is just an outlet store you should make sure the customer service level to a standard, I just read some other reviews here and seems like she has been around and causing similar issues to other customers. She is a shame and a letdown for your company.

DFO Homebush staff lack customer service. No one acknowledged me when I came to the shop, I even ask for assistance and was ignored twice. I think they judge people based on physical appearance. Maybe if I was carrying my LV bag and gold accessories they will notice my presence. I am asian and the staff were all asians as well. I may not be a Crazy Rich Asian but I can afford to buy from their store. If there was just a Zero star I will give them 0. Third time been to this store and the staff was HORRIBLE absolutely the worst customer service.. there is one staff member in particular I think shes a phillipino she is very rude with bad attitude and should not be working there as each time I've walked in she has made me feel the same way..

Wow DFO 75% swarovski was insane. I could buy all of them but didnt. Def a must go for bdays anniversary mother gifts etc if youre on a budget. Its far but worth it.
