Got a lovely necklace there because the staff, I think her name was Jam? was super attentive and helpful. She also offered me cleaning service when my necklace gets dirty or tarnishes later in the future. Amazing customer service!! 10/10

Unpleasant customer service.nI asked to show some charms one of aussie staff. She was helping other lady she said 'No, this lady is first.' Literally just she said.nAnd then she never back to me. Nobody came to me.nI was waiting for her around 15mins. WHAT A WASTE. I will never go there again.

Amazing customer service every time I come to this store! The price is good and they often have a deal or promotion running. I always leave the store with a big smile and a new purchase. Would definitely recommend!
