Service is good but we bought 2 high price end Waldorf lights and over 70% of the chandelier crystals had to be replaced. Spent almost $2000 and we are still waiting 3 weeks later for replacement parts. The crystals were packed already chipped(no glass in the wrappers) and poorly coated, extremely poor quality product sourced by Beacon.

The member of staff was very friendly and helpful. They only had one item of the product we wanted but they organized the second from another store. Very happy customers.

Never do I write a complaint because I keep in mind and understand each store has their own policies. However, today I have encountered a very rude and unreasonable lady. I had purchased a light, and within an hour of finding out there is a fault and cannot be used I immediately returned and asked for an exchange- not a refund. Not only was she rude about it but had blamed the problem on me. As a buying customer you expect all products to be up to standard.. but nevertheless it’s not even about the money or anything else but I would appreciate being treated fairly and in a better manner. And would recommend these workers should undergo better training and understand good customer service.
