exceptional customer service! i made a voice call to the owner. was asked to put one of the "out of order" signs from the notice board on a machine. owner turned up a short while later and was able to complete my washing. really good service!

Was a regular and loyal customer here for over a year. Started having problems with the dryer staining my clothing, messaged the number with no response. Called with no response. Left messaged with photos. Still no response. Went in again to try and clean my clothes and upon placing my clothes in a washing machine I realised there was blue sticky stuff covering the inside. It stained everything it touched. Still no response from the owner. Disgusting.

After letting the drier work for 40 minutes, waiting and then experiencing wet clothes, I was obviously not happy. But things can happen. So rang and sent message to the phone number again and again. After 3 days of futile attempts of getting any response, I had to write this review. To my amazement, I saw another review of similar kind written a year ago. It's amazing how some businesses can be so naive in a small city where word gets around so quickly

Heard there was a change of ownership, and can see the difference. Very clean, all machines work well etc
