I seriously can not shout loud enough about how BRILLIANT. Ray White Darwin is. They are the definition of professional. My wife and I tenants in a Ray White managed property. Aoife our property manager is fantastic. Awesome communications, timely correspondence and proactive in every way. We've rented a few places over the years and nothing compares to this company. We've only needed 2 or 3 things looked at over the past 12 months. This response from both the property manager and of course the landlord is exceptional. We rented through Ray white. Stephanie was our property manager and she was great! Honestly could not fault her communication, and whenever we needed anything she was so helpful. Highly recommend using her from both a landlord or tenant point of view!

Hayley Statham is a conscientious, no fuss real estate manager who responds quickly to tennants. Hayleys polite and kind mannerisms are paired with a down to earth approach when dealing with maintenance issues and puts all stakeholders at ease. If i had a property in Darwin, I'd ask Hayley to manage it.
