I give 1 star because of their competitive price, otherwise I would give 0 star if I can.nChased my order after a week and I've been told the items were not ordered yet.nChased more than 5 times over the phone and I've been told someone will call me back on the day, never received any call back.nFinally got my order arrived, and found there were missing items in the order.nTo be fair they offer good price but I'd rather order from somewhere else to avoid endless headache.

The blokes behind the desk knows their stuff. Quick to know what I'm after and very easy to deal. There's an underground parking in the basement for customers. Lift up to ground or first floor. Saved as 1 of the essential supply place for my line of work. Recommended.
