Battery's 2 Go Pty Ltd

Bad customer service.nBought a battery and within less than 12 months it stopped working. The battery had 2 years warranty. I went back to get a refund and the owner refused to refund me, and was only willing to give me a replacement. The ACCC states that I am entitled to a refund if a product is faulty. I am now in the process of contacting the ACCC directly to get them involved, in order to get my refund. This is ridiculous. First and last experience.

I went there the man who replaced my battery was very pleasant and very helpful.nI would recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I have experienced very bad customer service from this place. This place does not refund faulty products, even though the Australian Law states the consumer is entitled to one (ACCC).

Does not refund faulty products, despite them being under warranty. Go here at your own risk!!!!

Battery failed within 6 months and upon complaint he asked me very rudely to go out of the shop instead of resolving the issue. I showed him tax invoice with 2 years warranty written on the invoice but still refused to change. I have recorded his behavior the way he approached me shouting in my ear. I will never ever deal with this company instead buy things from some known trade companies which will at least have a look at the product and resolve the issue. Looks like he was frustrated with his own complaints that he did not want to take one more complaint in his head. Going thru department of fair trading to refund me the money or replace the battery or repair it whichever suits him but will not listen at all.
