I bought a lawnmower, line edger and a multitool from Sydney tools castle hill. I was informed by staff providing my mobile number was required for warranty. I specificlly told the staff I did not want to receive marketing or text messages at all. I was told that would not happen.nnNow I keep getting text mail spam from Sydney tools. I have specifically rang them up again a couple of months ago and asked to have my mobile number removed because i did not want marketing and was told my number had been now removed from the database. Now today (17-6-2021) Sydney tools continues to miss use my phone number sending me a sale spam text at 7am.nnI am so over this company not respecting the rights of its customers. And also you didn't send the Allen key you said you would at the start of the sale. A pack of liars, I would not recommend this company, I won't be buying from them again.

This business does not seem to want to help you after you experience a problem with one of your products. I bought an impact screw driver and it broke within 2 weeks, and when I went to ask them for help, they pushed me away and simply told me that they could not help me.nnAn absolutely horrible experience with their customer support. Truly felt like I was scammed, unwilling to help me with a lacklustre product.

Heaps of range and fantastic service. Will helped me find what I needed and he was really friendly.

Went in to take a look at something that I had my eye on online but thought I should take a look for myself in terms of the quality of a specific item. I got good service from Blake. Been so long since I’ve been to a place where I got real honest advice which is exactly what got here. Unfortunately it didn’t result in a sale because Blake was honest to tell me that in my price range the particular item I was interested in wasn’t going to be the right tool for the job. Keep it up
