My wife ordered tyres and booked a date to have them fitted, unfortunately the tyres did not arrive before the appointment and Bridgestone Bathurst failed to contact us before arriving.nThey were apologetic about the incident and re booked us with a better deal for a different day. As long as communication is improved in the future I will continue returning there as the rest of their customer service was great.
Got a great deal on tyres, fitted and followed up with checking. Easy to get appointments. I also had a flat tyre they followed up with a warrantee. Recommend.
Great service, got a pedders check, due to a knocking after I got new tyres elsewhere. Came back all good just that my sway bar links were loose. They fixed up and it's been great since.
